At BORDEAUX plus, we are a research-driven urban design and planning consultancy working on complex projects where clarity, rigor, and leadership matter. Our practice is intentionally selective. We focus on depth over volume, thoughtful coordination over production speed, and long-term value over short-term outputs. Team members are trusted with responsibility, encouraged to think critically, and involved meaningfully across planning, urban design, research, and multidisciplinary coordination.
